This policy governs the cancellation of an order concluded with MAFURNI SDN BHD 202601028640 (1690735-X), the Company acknowledging that the circumstances of a Customer may alter after a purchase has been made.
Window
The right to cancel is bounded in time, and the boundary is this:
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase, and a cancellation so made carries a refund of the sum paid in full.
Once 24 hours have elapsed cancellation may not be possible, the order having by then been processed or already despatched.
Procedure
A cancellation is effected in the following order:
The Customer contacts the customer service team immediately, quoting the order number under which the purchase was made.
The support team verifies the status of that order and confirms whether it remains eligible for cancellation.
Refund
Where a cancellation has been approved, the consequences are as follows:
The refund is issued to the payment method by which the order was originally paid.
A period of 7–14 business days should be allowed for that refund to be processed and to be reflected in the account of the Customer.
